The hotel was pleasant and the staff was obliging, it had unbeatable location away from the attractions. Stayed in a relaxing room that was n't as clean or maintained. We greatly enjoyed a small refrigerator, coffee, and a kettle.

I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was a nice size and quirky. The room was tidy and exceptional, featured coffee, a kettle and a couch bed. Bedroom was spacious and staff were good. Location: the property was near Close to all major activities. Café Pepper's Cafe located 3 mi away was a nice surprise.

It was spacious, comfortable, close to central Rotorua and all amenities. The value for money was excellent and yet above average accomodation and service. We will recommend ans we will be back.

We recently had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and provided a private and clean environment. We appreciated the central location, which made it convenient for us to explore the city. the room had a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing us to prepare meals and save on dining expenses.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The facilities were outdated and in need of maintenance.

The room was great, caterered for our needs. Parking available can view car from rooms.
The hours the office open and closed, need to stay open til say 11pm. No after hours room service. The book that tells you about the hotel was under the tv with the phone books etc, this should be placed near the phone in the room.
